Details: Brightly lit home in Glen Allen.
In addition to the many thousands of lights, this house features a mechanical waving Santa with runway, huge tree of lights with three foot star atop, blow molds, and airblowns including a 15 foot hot air balloon with Santa aboard and 14 foot animated train.
Other animations include a rocking horse, Ferris wheel, swing ride and carousel. There are trees in every window of the house and the display is all highlighted by background holiday music if you tune in to 96.1 FM.
“We did an extensive electrical upgrade during the summer that doubled our power capabilities, and we’ve begun utilizing it this year by adding many more lights, several new blow ups, additional animated deer, and much more,” Jack Betts says of his home in Glen Allen.
Look for the snowman beacon set atop a 20-ft tree and a 12-ft Santa atop an 8-ft tree, the lit gingerbread house with candy cane fence in the backyard, and the red and green arches lining the driveway as you approach.
The Betts will light up Thanksgiving through New Years Day.
